Our timber business evolved from the initial 500 square metre setup to become a transnational operation to include a wholly-owned factory in Singapore with another factory in Malaysia occupying more than 20 acres of land.
We are able to supply a wide variety of timber species such as Balau, Chengal, Kempas, Resak, Merbau, Teak and Parquet flooring — proud that our timber and parquet flooring works are ranked one of the best in the industry.

Due to the demand of steel for the construction projects, we took to start our own steel works department and today we have even moved beyond to supply steel to others too.
In year 2002, Tat Hin Group expanded its portfolio to include property development. To date we have completed more than 10 exquisite residential and mixed projects.
